In April 2016, Tyrrells Property Inspections engaged Tquila ANZ to create a new mobile application for its consultants. The app we designed  is a highly flexible custom built iOS application connected to a Salesforce CRM.

Consultants enter any piece of information onsite without the need for a paper “check sheet”, necessary with the previous system.

The use of paper has been eliminated at all stages of the inspection process. The Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM system at the back end automatically generates reports, which are immediately emailed to clients. The app runs online and offline - essential when consultants work with no internet connectivity.

Processes have been streamlined and consultants no longer need to spend significant amounts of time typing out reports in word template and emailing it to clients.

Time saving is a massive win for us. Consultants can increase the number of jobs they can do in any given day. For example, previously if we had four jobs to do in Newcastle, we had to send four people to complete them. Now these can be attended by the one consultant. A huge bonus for us.
