Graduate Developer - Salesforce & Integration

Salary range: $50K to $55K plus Super

A bit about the role 

As a member of the Graduate program, we will be focused on getting you up to speed as fast as possible and becoming an amazing Developer and Consultant. We will provide you with a structured learning program where you will have a mix of online and face to face training.

You will be spending your days coding in Java, Javascript, APEX and working on integration. 

This is NOT a pure developer role. We want you to develop Consulting skills and be customer facing - longer term. 

A bit about you

  • University or TAFE graduate (Computer Science or Business)

  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

  • Interested in Integration Architecture and becoming a Consultant/Developer

  • Knowledge of Object Oriented language and Java 

  • You enjoy working at a steady & even pace to promote accuracy and quality of work

  • You complete a set of procedures and tasks before new ones are begun

  • You have a technical and analytical focus when you work

  • Your communication style is collaborative focused

  • You have an interest in learning, working hard and self-growth

What will you be doing and learning

If you join our graduate program you will be shadowing our Senior Business Leaders out on customer sights and learning on the job. You will participate in the Tquila Learning Centre Program (TLC). The TLC Program has been developed by our Professional Services Director to provide every one of our staff with the practical business tools required to be the best Salesforce Practitioners in the industry.
